Delete Your CatchUp Account
CatchUp operators can permanently delete their account directly from the app. Deletion is irreversible.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to your CatchUp operator account.
- Open Settings, then choose Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and select the red Delete Account button.
- Read the warning, enter your current password, and confirm permanent deletion.
Important: If the account has an active $20 monthly CatchUp subscription, it is cancelled immediately before deletion so no future subscription charges occur. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, the account is not deleted.
Data that is deleted
- Your operator profile, contact information, password, and company details
- Dispatch jobs, customer records, invoices, photos, and digital waivers
- Stored GPS records, registered devices, trusted sessions, and passkeys
- CatchUp subscription identifiers stored with your account
Stripe may retain transaction records it is legally required to keep. Those records are controlled by Stripe and are not used to restore your CatchUp account.
