1. Platform Role & Liability
CatchUp Dispatch operates solely as an independent technology provider. The platform facilitates:
- Live GPS location tracking for towing fleets
- Automated digital invoicing and payment records
- Dispatch organization and job management tools
CatchUp Dispatch is NOT responsible or liable for any price negotiations, service fees, financial disputes, or operational agreements settled between the towing company and the customer. All pricing and negotiations remain the sole responsibility of the interacting parties.
2. User Responsibilities
Fleet owners and operators using CatchUp Dispatch are solely responsible for:
- All service pricing communicated to customers
- Customer interactions, disputes, and resolutions
- Safety compliance and proper vehicle operation
- Fulfillment of any towing or roadside assistance services rendered
CatchUp Dispatch provides the technology infrastructure only and has no involvement in the delivery of towing services.
3. Account & Data
By creating an account on CatchUp Dispatch, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
CatchUp Dispatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscription and Free Trial Terms: CatchUp offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card configuration or payment information is required to start or during this 14-day trial period.
Upon the expiration of the 14-day free trial, users must enter a valid credit card and payment method to activate their paid subscription and maintain uninterrupted access to the platform. The standard subscription fee is $20.00 per month, billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
By subscribing you also agree to the following terms:
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly cycle from the date your paid plan begins
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued
- CatchUp reserves the right to update pricing with advance notice to active subscribers
6. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your phone number to the towing provider, you (the stranded motorist) agree to receive text messages from the CatchUp platform regarding your vehicle's towing status and tracking links. Message frequency varies depending on activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out at any time.
